Profile Archiving Module offloads the historical data on the primary Profile environment to be moved out to a separate host. Data are moved to archive according to the archiving plan with fine grained retention policy. There is no drop in data availability during archiving, data are constantly available to Profile users in 24/7 mode.
Currently in production in two banks, allowing transparent access from Profile Direct to several terabytes of archived data.
